Hi Diana,

I would respectfully disagree. If VoIP is to get to the masses, 911 or
similar emergency services are very critical.

It depends on VoIP becoming comparable to the PSTN or being a slightly less
comparable alternative for the adventurous.

The 911 service problem is the same with cell phones, and should be dealt
with in the same way as cell phones deal with it.
