 You don't really following the point. I was trying to tell just
by monitoring a list an absolutely random person could had  known the
exact call manager version, the OS version, which patches are applied 
and which are not. It means if someone is planing an attack he/she
would be able to accurately develop and test the attack vector using
the same software.
 And if we can see that kind of information coming in public from
military people, whom are usually crazy about security, what should we
expect from others?
