It's hardly a secret that the US Military uses Cisco's CallManager.
Cisco itself published numerous photos of its phones in use by military
personnel.
Still, better to be careful than not.

Reveal as little information as possible while still able to get help.
Defense in Depth.
Fix as soon as possible.
However, my fault for leaving my full signature block on the email. I try
not to do that when sending to outside listservs and such.

An interesting observation I've just made by reading that list.
It seems like we can assume that there are Cisco CMs 4.1(3) and 4.2 in
us.army.mil which have the latest windows patches not applied. And quite
possible they will not be applied till Cisco issues their own...
