[VOIPSEC] Blue Box SE#21 - An Interview with ZFone/ZRTP creator Phil Zimmermann now available

FYI, I just uploaded this week's Blue Box podcast, a "Special  
Edition" containing an interview with Phil Zimmermann by Brenno de  
Winter:

Brenno produces a weekly IT news podcast in Dutch at http:// 
ictroddels.nl/ and recorded/released this interview (in English) with  
Phil back in August.  Brenno contacted me and asked if we'd be  
interested in running the interview and since we hadn't interviewed  
Phil ourselves in about a year we figured it might be an interesting  
update for listeners.  The interview runs about 40 minutes with the  
first 20 or so being about ZFone, ZRTP, VoIP security, etc. and the  
remainder being more about general security, Phil's background, etc.

We thank Brenno for making the interview available to us.  I also  
have to say a huge word of thanks to Martyn Davies for recording the  
intro/outro after I sent him an IM this morning.  Jonathan and I  
decided on Monday that with both of us traveling this week we would  
run a Special Edition... and then I promptly lost my voice after a  
presentation yesterday morning. So, many thanks to Martyn for jumping  
in and sending me some audio files.

As I have noted in the past, we're definitely open to discussing  
running interviews like this or recordings of panels or sessions.    
As long as they aren't blatant marketing sessions, are with someone  
we haven't recently interviewed ourselves and are of decent audio  
quality, we'll generally run the interviews if we can fit them in. We  
have a couple more in the queue right now and are always open to  
talking about others.
