Hello David.

Is this for VoIP over a leased line, or for PSTN MOS scores?  Either way,
the Spirent Abacus 5000 will do it.  Be prepared for a hefty price tag
though -- like $150K -- but it's for comprehensive PSTN and VoIP testing.
If you're just doing VoIP over a leased line (frame relay, PPP, HDLC,
whatever), you may just want to use Ethereal or Sniffer and capture the
traffic at the edge router interfaces, and import the .CAP files into a
program like Empirix's Hammer Call Analyzer.  It give MOS scores, R-Factor,
and numerous other call characteristics, among really cool SIP ladder
graphs, etc.  HCA is software only (with a free trial available), whereas
the Abacus 5000 is software and hardware, with no "freebies" whatsoever.
