[VOIPSEC] TDM MOS Testing Tool

I don't know of any freeware tools and would like to hear if anyone has
any recommendations as well.

Are you looking for lab measurement or continuous live network
monitoring?

Edgewater Networks(an IAD maker) has built this capability into their
IAD for live networks.

Lots of lab type equipment manufacturers have this capability.  Spirent
and  Empirix to name a couple.  Empirix also has a network monitoring
solution.  Both of these are quite expensive though.  It gets pretty
hard to justify these types of solutions in a new network where the test
tools can cost more than the network.
