The basic assumptions one has to make:
Will you be testing open-source products?
Will you be testing commercial products?
Do you have agreements with vendors such as Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, Shoretel ?
Are you good favor with Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, Shoretel?
Are you planning on publishing your findings ?? If so, to who or whom?
Are you planning on presenting your findings at a security conference ?
If employed, does your employer know you are doing so ?
Do you value your employment with your employer?
Are you planning on writing a book on VOIP security regarding your research?
Do you live in Highlands Ranch, CO ?
