Don't confuse callerid with ani. You nearly always get ani, no matter what. Current 9-1-1 systems don't handle international roamers well. We're working on upgrades for voip that will fix that. Uninitialized mobile phones can call 9-1-1 but don't have a call back number. I don't think we will have that problem with voip. Brian
