Happy New Year to you all!  I hope that 2007 finds you all well.  Before 
we get going here in this new year, I thought I'd just send out a word of 
welcome to all the folks that joined over the holiday break.  We're now up 
at 156 members which is definitely great to see.  So thank you all for
