David Endler is the founder and former Chairman of VOIPSA.

David got his start after college as a researcher working for the US Department of Defense. Throughout the last 15 years, he has been lucky to land interesting security research roles with Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Xerox Corporation, Deloitte and Touche, and VeriSign Corp. Most recently he was Senior Director of Security Research for Austin-based TippingPoint, acquired by Hewlett Packard in 2010.

David graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelors and Masters degrees in Computer Science.
