[VOIPSEC] Eyeballing African Toll Fraud

After parsing out the information from the VoIP Abuse Project's
blacklist, I decided to ween out Africa to geomap where some of these
attackers are coming from. Be aware, I know that geomapping isn't
exactly a science in predicting EXACTLY where an address is, there is an
indication of certain hotspots.
