[VOIPSEC] What % of voip apps or devices actually use SRTP or ZRTP to encrypt audio calls

SRTP is he way to encrypt the RTP traffic. 
ZRTP, DTLS-RTP, SDES, etc. are ways to do the key management.

So, I think you want to know two things: 

a) What is the percentage of SRTP traffic in relationship to RTP traffic? 
b) For the SRTP traffic what key management is used.
