[VOIPSEC] Was it really a hack?`

(on an aside, I would normally love to post this on the VOIPSA blog, but
that particular IP is blocked at my job, apparently caught in a group of bad
IPs that have been generally blocked.  And it's difficult for me to post
after I get home)

The following article (somewhat old) makes me wonder if the authors jumped
to fast to the 'hacker' conclusion.  For example, if the last time thee code
was changed was never, than it's possible that every former employee knows
that code and could have done this or assisted in doing this.  Not exactly a
hack.

Phreaking is most likely the culprit as the article doesn't give any
indication that the library uses VoIP.
