Were you perhaps looking to post this message on the SIP Forum's  
discussion list?

I know that there is discussion on their "general" mailing list about  
SIPconnect and by posting there you would probably find others who  
have used and configured SIPconnect.

It's not something I ever recall us discussing here on VOIPSEC.
