One place where you can see that tekelec manufacture SBCs is here

got a paper that makes comparisons with vendors that can provide the whole
solution. Tomorrow I'll get the link and post it here.

Can you share with me where you have gotten such a notice from.
I haven't seen it in operation for the very simple reason that Tekelec 
does not manafacture SBCs.
