Hi Vijay,
It is a good effort to combine the various previously
known components to solve the SPIT problem.

For example, the importance of "call duration" was
realized and used to solve the SPIT by Hemant Sengar
and he put a white paper on March 2007 (publicly
available at www.vodasec.com) where he observed the
average call durations are of few minutes and raised a
question that for a normal user how many calls can be
made within a short observation duration.

Similarly, the "directionality" of spam calls are
observed and discussed (I suppose in 2006) in Blocking
Spam in Enterprise IP Telephony Networks by D
Vinokurov (ALCATEL).

However, I find the new idea of developing rankings by
using Eigentrust. Still, I am not sure how the
solution tackles the problem of "Byzentine Failures".

Hope my comments will be helpful.

Thanks.
