VOIPSEC readers,
With the IETF 69 meeting coming up in a few weeks in Chicago, Hannes
Tschofenig is seeking comments on the two Internet-Drafts that he and a
host of others (including folks on this list) have put together as a
proposal for how to potentially combat Spam for Internet Telephony, a.k.a.
SPIT. We've linked to the documents here:
http://voipsa.org/blog/2007/06/14/ietf-group-puts-forward-framework-to-combat-spit-voip-spam-for-discussion/
and also provided Hannes' email address. With the deadline looming to
submit updated documents before IETF69, Hannes is looking for any and all
feedback that he can incorporate into updated I-D documents before the
meeting.
If you could take the time to take a look at those docs and let Hannes'
know any feedback you have (with regard to the proposed framework... but
also just with regard to the document (i.e. wording, clarity, etc.)), it
would definitely be appreciated.
Thanks,
Dan
