[VOIPSEC] spam and enum

A requirement for trusted authentication into a network would stop SPAM
cold.  No auth, no send.  Skype sends have an associated identity, not yet
trust quality but that is certainly possible down the road.  One big
advantage of P2PSIP is that authentication and joining can become key
components of a DHT. Can't play unless you're a member.
