[VOIPSEC] [ Any SIP client with TLS support

Thanks Dave, but sorry guys, PacPhone is actually a beta H.323 client not 
SIP which is capable of end to end X.509 certificate authentication and 
does TLS media encryption over RTP (ubiquitously interoperable with 
standard H.323 proxies/endpoints).
