[VOIPSEC] What the most popular key exchange method(MIKEY, SDP Security Descriptions, ...) in VoIP marketing ?

If you decided to use SDESC, Did you use S/MIME to
protect SDP or rely on SIP security mechanism(like
TLS,IPsec) ?
