[VOIPSEC] What the most popular key exchange method(MIKEY, SDP Security Descriptions, ...) in VoIP marketing ?

We decided to use sdes because mikey it too freaking complicated and not
suitable for immedate answer (Call-Info: <...>;answer-after=0).
