We have implemented both H.235 and a variant of H.235 which allows us to 
authenticate and negotiate the voice encryption parameters before the first 
ring on the remote party (zero ring) It utilizes the pre-existing valid 
H.323 message structure and should be interoperable with most H.323 equipment
