[VOIPSEC] New version of secure softphone

Hey we have made a new version of our soft phone which fixes an
important bug in the SRTP SSRC part... It should be now "100 %"
compatible with the sips, sdes and srtp spec. Who knows... Please take a
look at it and let me know.

You don't need a license key for that version, so just ignore that field
when installing it.
