[VOIPSEC] VoCable to PSTN is mute

I had a big problem here. We have e-MTAs that can reach PSTN lines. When a
e-MTA calls another e-MTA, everything works fine; but when the e-MTA calls
an PSTN line or vice-versa, the call stays mute for both sides. I´ve checked
the MCDX connection and it was setted with send and receive for both sides.
I´ve also captured a completed stream since de CRCX and there are RTP flow
for both sides and the audio is OK (G.729).

The weird thing is that the problem wasn´t the e-MTA. I swapped the FQDN of
one bad e-MTA by another that was ok. What happened was that the problem
followed the FQDN. No explanation was given for this to happen. The Domain
Name system works under Open LDAP.
