[VOIPSEC] Out of Office

I was wondering how long it will take for this to be a problem. It is
not uncommon for people to be on more than one Listserv. To set every
listserv as a "Do Not Reply" address when you go OutOfOffice will be
just too much for some people to either do or remember.
I will try to remember and will plan to preset Voipsec at voipsa.org in my
out of office tool this very day, but it is a gnat in the landscape of
things many people need to remember.
Voipsec is a service and the providers should not have to maintain the
drudgery of monitoring just for this, so I hope it works out. I can take
a few of these each day and it won't be a major burden for me, but more
than a half dozen a day or so would be just shifting the burden of
"monitoring" the list to all of the list members and I suppose the math
would indicate that,
[delete time] x [total members of the list] x [total OutofOffice
messages]= [interesting total wasted time]
as opposed to a select group of monitors deleting that message just one
time for all of us.
Just a thought . . . .
Paul
