[VOIPSEC] detecting call fraud

Dear VoIPSEC,

The subject is toll call fraud detection.
What is being done, how does one correlate
the VoIP call with the call leaving the switch
and do vendors provide the same level of security
for VoIP products as they do for traditional phone
products ?

Seeking references on implementation of toll fraud metrics
and detection, particularly on an IP telephony
network, but adapted from old style telephony
is also helpful.
