Cisco's IP phones do SRTP only when signaled with Cisco's
proprietary SCCP ("Skinny" protocol), when SCCP is running
over mutually-authenticated TLS, and the phone and Call
Manager are configured to enable SRTP. Although SCCP
doesn't use SDP, the SRTP keys are exchanged in the SCCP
signaling using a technique similar to
draft-ietf-mmusic-sdescriptions-11.txt.
