Hello, Folks,

Sorry for the late join. I'm trying to catch up with the current status.
Two more items I think could be worth being considered in the best practices as well,

(1) VoIP Security Policies / Procedures

while we may have this or that security options, what is the practical VoIP security
policies which determines the implementation and deployment of the security products.
Certainly it is different from the general network security because of its unique operations and functionalities.
The VoIP-existing business entities may have varied security policies, but the VoIP-desired entities may look
for a guideline or best-practice doc for the recommendation.

(2) Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity

It is often ignored but it is becoming more critical recently, especially for those business entities which
heavily rely on the VoIP communication and treat it as business critical components.

Any thoughts?
