Best Practices list,
I would like to greatly thank the list members who have already indicated
their willingness to assist the Best Practices project in a leadership
role. I laid out suggested roles on:
http://wiki.voipsa.org/tiki-index.php?page=Volunteer+Opportunities%2FTeam+Structure
and given that feedback so far is that it seems to be a reasonable way to
proceed, we'll do with that and evolve what we do as we need to do so.
Volunteers thus far are:
- Section Leaders: Peter Kuebler, Jerry Mangiarelli and Eric Chen
- Editors: Martyn Davies, Dustin Trammel
- Helping Dustin/Shawn with Tools: Raul Siles
I'll especially commend the section leaders since they don't entirely know
what they are signing up for yet! :-) (Since we haven't determined the
exact sections.)
Anyone else who wants to throw their hat in the ring at this point is
welcome to speak up on- or off-list... and it's greatly appreciated. (But
don't worry... as we nail down the project details, there will be plenty
of other opportunities to volunteer!)
Thanks again to all who have stepped forward so far,
Dan
P.S. And apologies if I have missed anyone who volunteered already...
please let me know if you did.
